We specialize in the office, retail and industrial sectors and manage some of the City's most pre-eminent properties. Jointly owned and operated by Bill Greenwood and David Zareski, Greenwood Lane is a hands-on, entrepreneurial firm with over 12 years of comprehensive experience. We provide our clients with the same attention and care as if we owned the properties ourselves. We currently manage approximately 1 million square feet in Halifax, Dartmouth, Enfield and Truro, taking care not to accept properties which would directly compete with existing clients. Greenwood Lane is proud to be one of the few firms in Metro with the capability and the experience to provide all of your real estate needs.
Our Strategy
Our primary focus is in Property Management, providing all related services including operational management, financial management and reporting, leasing, and project management or coordination of capital improvements and tenant fit-ups.
Our Principals are licensed real estate brokers, and can offer a complete range of Leasing and Brokerage Services in addition to developing marketing strategy, providing market value opinions and other related advisory services.
In addition, we have the expertise to act as Project Managers and have experience in construction projects ranging from $1,000 to $1,000,000.
